In general, the forum staff prefers to discuss forum business in public whenever possible, not via private messages (PM) or email. This helps to ensure transparency.

If you have a question or a comment for a forum staff member that you do not wish to post in public, you may send a PM. Please note that if you send a private message to a staff member, the person who received the message may share its contents with other staff members in order to document the issue and/or discuss how to respond.
