Click the “Portal” link at the top of the main page to bring up the Portal. This page serves as a sort of personal “home page” where you can see the latest forum activity at a glance.

The Portal page includes the following:

• The most recent posts in all folders
• A list of threads with new messages
• Your private messages
• A list of users who are currently online
• A link to the Advanced Search page

You may prefer to start here, rather than on the page with the list of folders. It's entirely up to you.
